 Mrs. Latto congratulates Petra Haselden, Science Lab Proctor, for being selected as Murray-LaSaine's Classified Employee of the Year.
 Dr. McGinley visited classrooms and spoke with teachers at Murray-LaSaine Elementary.
 Murray-LaSaine students who were Proficient and Advanced on PACT attended an awards program at Burke High School. Way to Go Stinger Bees!!!
 Mrs. White, an African-American storyteller, visited Murray-LaSaine and regaled the children participating in the Black History Project done by Third Grade.

Principal's Buzz
As we begin the 3rd nine weeks, we will place an even stronger emphasis in writing. The students will be scored in six different areas, or traits. They are ideas, conventions, organization, voice, sentence fluency, and word choice. Our school will be focusing on organization and content over the next couple of months. this writing will be scored using a rubric.
